Contrast Pool Therapy
A guided immersion protocol alternating between heated and cold water to stimulate healing.

How it works: Warm water (ca. 38–40 °C) causes vasodilation; cold water (ca. 10–15 °C) triggers vasoconstriction—creating a circulatory “pump” that enhances blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
Proven benefits: Reduced muscle fatigue, swelling, pain, and lactic acid post-exercise; improved range of motion and mobility.
Why choose contrast over static ice baths: Contrast therapy offers both inflammation reduction (from cold) and healing support via increased circulation (from heat)—a dynamic, more tolerable approach.
